The Kindness and Smile Zone is a global community dedicated to spreading kindness and joy. We create activity packs, organize volunteer initiatives, and host events to inspire positivity. Through creative projects and outreach, we aim to brighten lives and connect people of all ages in meaningful ways.
Open Roles
We are mainly looking for fundraising/grants/awards volunteers but these are all the roles available:
Human Resources (HR) Volunteers
Help with volunteer onboarding tasks, organization, and keeping member lists up to date.
Instagram Volunteers
Assist with creating captions, posts, stories, reels, or engagement ideas for Instagram.
YouTube Volunteers
Help brainstorm video ideas, scripts, visuals, or assist with editing tasks.
Outreach & Partnerships Volunteers
Support outreach by helping draft emails, research organizations, or suggest partnership projects.
Activity Packs & Cards Volunteers
Create activity packs, Smile Mail content, and cards. Develop fun, age-appropriate activities such as puzzles, writing prompts, art pages, or kindness challenges. They will also help out with comic books creation.
Resources Volunteers
Help write blogs, create slideshow presentations, or assist with organizing educational and outreach resources.
Fundraising, Finance & Grants Volunteers
Help research grants, brainstorm fundraising ideas, or assist with organizing financial information.
